Concrete or timber? New sub-division or resale blocks?

Not all new Townsville homes are concrete or built in new sub-divisions. If you look around any new home subdivision in Townsville (or even Cairns, Darwin etc), you will see nearly 100% rendered masonry block construction.

Being a versatile & innovative new home builder, we are currently constructing several timber framed homes with the “Weather Board” exterior style (Hardie's Linea cladding), to construct “old world style” homes with the latest innovations.

Many of these Hampton Style homes are being built in inner suburbs such as West End, Hermit Park etc.
