5. Upper Ross Solar Farm under construction - $2.5M approx.
6. Clare Solar Farm soon to commence.
7. Townsville Port Channel upgrade underway - game changer!
8. Adani Mine announces commencement - opening up the Galilee Basin.
9. Singapore $2.3B joint defence facilities is close to land procurement.
10. Townsville NQ workforce grew strongly by $10,000 to $116,000 in last 12 months.
11. Australia’s GDP is at an all-time high of 3.1% - one of strongest in OECD countries in the world.
12. Townsville rental vacancies rates are at a very low figure of 3.9% - it’s getting hard to rent a house here.
13. Our current rate of residential construction in Townsville is under half the requirements for Townsville’s projected population growth - huge pent up demand on the way.
