First Home Owners Grant- $30,000!

The Queensland Government has announced they will be doubling the first home owner grant, taking the total to $30,000 for all eligible first home buyers. The changes will apply to eligible transactions between 20th November 2023 and 30th June 2025. First home owners are expected to be able to apply for the increased grant from the first week of January 2024.
